Behcet¢¥s syndrome is characterized by a triad of recurrent oral and genital ulceration and ocular inflamation. The syndrome has been recognized as a multisystemic disease with many additional manifestations recorded including colonic lesion. But no case associated with perforation of cecal lesion is reported until now.
Recently, we experienced a 20 years old female patient who had Behcet¢¥s syndrome associated with chronic inflamatory change(pseudopolyposis and ulceration)of ileo-cecal region. Especially perforation (2X2cm) of inferior portion of cecum was occured :in large ulcer base.
